Golf Leagues

Twin Woods welcomes new corporate and social golf leagues with teams of as few as four golfers each. Please see the list of our seven existing leagues below.

The league season can span as many weeks as desired and can end with a tournament and an optional after-golf meal and celebration in our pavilion or on our lawn. Contests such as closest-to-the-pin and straightest drive are optional for a modest charge.

Green fees are listed below in each league's section. Riding carts are available for $8 for nine holes and pull carts are rented for $1 for nine holes. League members may purchase our "Play 15 in '15" discount card.

A "10th Hole" will be available at our pavilion for all leagues, following golf every week. Tables inside and outside the Pro Shop also are available for after-golf gatherings.

Here are our 2015 leagues:

Community League - Flexible weekdays and tee times for teams when other leagues aren't scheduled.
North Penn Golf League - Tuesdays, 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Ladies of the Woods - Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00 a.m.
Junior Golf League - Thursday mornings (Summer)
Neil Beauchamp Memorial Thursday Evening Golf League - Thursdays, 4:15-5:15 p.m.
Jack & Jill League - League being formed.



Ladies of the Woods

The Ladies of the Woods is a golf league for women of all skill levels.

The 2015 league will meet every Wednesday morning through late September. Tee times will be from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.

There will be many events and contests scheduled during the season.

A fun time will be had by all !!

The green fee for league members is $14.50 for nine holes. Rented riding and pull carts are available at the discounted league rates.

Community League

This league will operate with flexible tee times when other leagues aren't scheduled.

Teams with as few as four golfers play as a group once a week. Teams select the tee times that fit their golfers' personal and work schedules.

This league is perfect for golfers from companies, retirement communities, community organizations, churches and first responders. The flexible tee times are a unique feature of the Twin Woods Community League.

Team standings and individual scores are posted each week.

While each team must have a minimum of four golfers, there is no maximum number of golfers on each team. Team members AREN'T required to play every week.

The league is organized into three eight-week phases: spring, summer and fall. Phase 1 (spring) of league play will start the first week of May and will continue through the last week of June. Phase 2 (summer) will begin the first week of July and Phase 3 (fall) will begin the first week of September.

The registration fee is $25 per golfer for all three phases (24 weeks), $20 for two phases (16 weeks) and $15 for only one phase.

The green fee for league members is a maximum of $15 for 9 holes each time the team plays. Rented riding and pull carts are available at the discounted league rates.

Jack & Jill League

This new league, when it is formed, will operate on Monday or Wednesday evenings and will involve mixed pairs of golfers. The league is designed for spouses, friends, mothers-sons, fathers-daughters and brother-sister pairs.

League play will start at 5:30 p.m. and will continue every week through the end of the 2015 golf season. Pairs can select their tee times and are NOT requied to play every week.

The 2015 registration fee is $50 per pair. The green fee for league members is $14 for nine holes each week. Rented riding and pull carts are available at the discounted league rates. Rental clubs also are available.

A BYOB "10th Hole" will be available at our Pro Shop and at the pavilion following golf every week. Hoagies and other sandwiches may be ordered when signing in each week at the Pro Shop.

North Penn Golf League

The North Penn Golf League has reserved tee times on Tuesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. The league operates as a competition among as many as 12 teams.

The 2015 season will begin on Tuesday, April 14, and will last 16 weeks. Regular weekly play will end July 28 and there will be three weeks of playoffs ending August 18.

Riding and pull carts may be rented in the Pro Shop at discounted league rates. Green fees are collected by the league.

Neil Beauchamp Memorial Thursday Evening Golf League

The Neil Beauchamp Memorial Thursday Evening Golf League has reserved tee times from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m., starting Thursday, March 26.

The 2015 league is full and is no long accepting new golfers.

The green fee for league members is $14 for 9 holes. Rented riding and pull carts are available at the discounted league rates.

A BYOB "10th Hole" will be available at our Pro Shop and at the pavilion following golf every week. Hoagies and other sandwiches may be ordered when signing in each week at the Pro Shop.

Junior Golf League

The Junior Golf League is for boys and girls, 10 to 17 years old. The league will operate every Thursday morning for eight weeks, starting June 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The last day to register online or in person is Tuesday, June 15.

Lessons with Mike Dugan, a golf pro and certified golf instructor, will be held the first seven weeks of the league and are included in the registration fee.
